Delivery times
If we have all the items you want in stock, we will send your package within three working days.

Packaging
We ship all orders in climate-neutral boxes or in previously used packaging.
Small box - approx. 50 x 30 x 15 cm
(for a single RYGG)
Large box - approx. 60 x 50 x 20 cm
(for multiple RYGGs)
Reused cardboard boxes – in various sizes
(for smaller items)
Shipping tracking
You will receive a tracking number for every order. Once you receive the shipping confirmation email, it may take another 24 hours until the shipment is handed over to shipping.
Smaller packages (lightweight) may be shipped without a tracking number.
